Home page for the program:

If you are a studio photographer, and often have a need to take photos with different backgrounds then PhotoKey 5 Pro is the program that I would recommend to everyone. Often changing backgrounds in the studio is constant expense. Additionally it is pain in the neck to set new background for each photo session. In this case, this program is very useful.

With this program you can replace chroma key background (usually green or blue) with any background according to your preference whether it is photographed or generated in a program like Photoshop. A PhotoKey will do masking and blending automatically instead of you. Possibilities are endless and only depends on your imagination what you can achieve!

So you just need to get a chroma key background, green or blue cloth and place it in the studio. Next video explains the setting of chroma key background and lighting and you can find more videos about chroma key on Youtube.

Why am I recommending this program? Because I tried it and I am very amazed with the results. Next pictures shows one of my photos which was done with use of PhotoKey. It is the same photo just with two different backgrounds which I made in photo editing program and as you can see the PhotoKey made very good job even with transparent areas of the umbrella. I even managed to replace green chroma key background with another green background. Pretty cool isn’t it? 🙂
